ENIA Concept

The ENIA concept is based on the content of the handbook for professional education, the primary goal of which is the implementation of the international project "Say Hello to the World." The project is designed for preschool and early primary school children as they are most receptive to learning and development at this age. The ENIA concept includes key principles of education, intercultural understanding, empathy, and the promotion of tolerance while reducing intolerance.

Basic Principles of Education

The ENIA concept relies on four fundamental principles:

  • Human Rights and Duties: Respect for the dignity of the individual, cultural plurality, and prevention of discrimination.
  • Autonomy: Encouragement of independence and responsibility, as well as the professional autonomy of educators.
  • Justice: Ensuring equal educational opportunities for all children.
  • Quality: The right to quality education and upbringing.

The ENIA concept represents a holistic approach to education that focuses on combining key values such as tolerance, justice, quality, and intercultural understanding. By integrating these values into early childhood education, the ENIA concept lays the foundation for the optimal development of children that goes beyond mere academic education.

Children involved in this approach acquire skills and knowledge that allow them to broaden their horizons, develop empathy, social skills, and the ability to connect across cultures. Such holistic development not only impacts their childhood but also has lasting effects that positively influence their future lives. Children raised in the spirit of the ENIA concept become responsible, tolerant, and socially aware individuals, ready to contribute to a more just, connected, and diverse society.

The ENIA concept thus not only provides educational benefits but also promotes the formation of values and relationships that are crucial for the future of children and the communities in which they live. This concept emphasizes the importance of education that encompasses the entire personality of the child and contributes to their successful life and participation in society.
